To receive a certificate confirming successful completion of six CPD learning hours, participants must attend all six learning hours, participate satisfactorily in the case studies, submit a reflective summary and achieve at least 16 out of 20 in the individual knowledge check. These requirements match the trainer lesson plan dated 9 September 2026.
If you miss learning or do not meet the assessment standard, contact the trainer for feedback and arrangements for missed learning or reassessment. A certificate will be issued after the requirements are met and records are checked. Payment alone does not establish completion.

Notice prepared 15 September 2026
Amazing Consultancy Ltd is the controller for course booking and learner records. Contact Eto Roseline Erike-Etchie, Director, at Ground Floor Office, 652 High Road Leyton, London, E10 6RN, United Kingdom; amazingconsultancyuk@outlook.com; or 07463584445.
We collect your name, contact details, optional employer and role, booking correspondence, payer details and payment reference. We record attendance, case-study participation, knowledge-check results, reflection and certificate details. Optional feedback helps us improve the course. Information comes from you, an employer booking for you, payment records and the trainer’s course records.
We use booking and learning information to arrange and deliver training, contact you, verify payment, assess completion and issue certificates. Where you book personally, our lawful basis is taking steps to enter and perform our contract. For employer-sponsored learners, we rely on legitimate interests in delivering the employer’s booking and supporting staff development. We also rely on legitimate interests for proportionate quality assurance, certificate verification and complaint handling, and legal obligations where accounting records must be retained.
Your name, a working contact email and attendance and assessment evidence are needed to administer the course and verify completion. Without them we may be unable to confirm your booking or issue a certificate. Telephone number, employer details for self-funded bookings and feedback are optional.
Please describe the support you need rather than a diagnosis. Do not put health details on the booking form or share identifiable client information in exercises. If sensitive health information is necessary to arrange support, we will explain the purpose and seek your explicit consent separately before retaining or sharing it. You may withdraw that consent by contacting us; this does not affect earlier lawful use. We will discuss any effect on the support we can provide.
Access is limited to authorised trainers and administration staff who need it. Microsoft Outlook handles course email and Zoom delivers the session. Banks and payment providers process transfers. If we use The CPD Certification Service’s Delegate Certificate Service, we will share only the participant and completion details necessary to issue the certificate. We may share information with professional advisers or authorities where necessary and lawful. For employer-sponsored bookings, we may confirm attendance and completion to the booking employer, but will not routinely share private support requests or detailed reflections.
Other attendees may see your display name, your shared messages and any audio or video you choose to enable. Use fictional or anonymised examples. We will not record this session or enable AI meeting summaries. Attendance records and necessary assessment responses will be retained separately. Booking does not enrol you in a marketing mailing list.
Zoom and Microsoft may process information outside the UK, including in the United States. Their published notices describe the UK Extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework for covered transfers and contractual safeguards for other relevant transfers. The applicable arrangement depends on the service and destination. Contact us for details or copies of the safeguards relevant to your course data.
We will review records annually and delete or anonymise information no longer needed. Enquiries that do not lead to a booking will normally be deleted after 12 months. Booking, attendance, assessment and certificate records will normally be retained for three years after the course to handle queries, verify certificates and support quality checks. Payment and accounting records will be kept for six years after the relevant accounting period, or longer where a specific legal requirement applies. Necessary support information will normally be deleted within three months of course completion. Records relevant to an unresolved complaint, legal claim or required audit may be retained until that matter and any required retention period end.
Depending on the circumstances, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a portable copy of your information. You may object to uses based on legitimate interests. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it. These rights are subject to legal conditions; some records may need to be retained. Contact us using the contact details above. We do not make solely automated decisions about admission or certification.
You may raise a privacy concern with us and may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. You do not have to complete our complaints process before contacting the ICO.
